Puukkopuu Chef Knife 4 chef´s knife, CWP
This chef knife with its hand-forged blade is versatile for cutting and chopping. Offering a practical mix of hardness and durability, the 80CrV2 carbon steel of the 18 cm blade retains its bite for an extremely long time. It has the authentic feel of hand-forging and it can be easily sharpened again when needed. Remember to keep it dry and clean and oil it every now and then, using a regular cooking oil, for example.
The thematically fitting handle is made by birch plywood produced by CWP, and the knife comes with a blade guard made out of goat willow.
