TRC Knives – Precision, Passion, Performance
TRC Knives makes fixed-blade knives for outdoor, field and everyday cutting tasks. Its designs combine modern steels with CNC-precise production and hand-finished edges, made at the brand’s workshop in Lithuania, where it has produced knives since 2010.
The range includes the large Apocalypse for demanding field work, the South Pole for outdoor and expedition use, and This Is Freedom for camping and fishing. Polheim and Classic Freedom offer more compact fixed-blade formats for everyday utility and carry.

Choosing a model
The Apocalypse is a larger fixed-blade knife for substantial outdoor and field tasks; current versions include a 140 mm blade in Elmax steel. The South Pole has a shorter 115 mm blade and is designed for outdoor and expedition use. This Is Freedom sits between them, with a 130 mm M390 blade suited to camping, fishing and general wilderness cutting. For a more compact option, Polheim has a 100 mm blade and is described by TRC Knives as an everyday-carry fixed blade. Classic Freedom is smaller still, with a 92 mm blade for lighter utility tasks. Specifications and materials vary by model and configuration.
Materials and construction
TRC Knives uses several blade steels rather than a single standard across the range. For example, listed configurations of Apocalypse use Elmax, while This Is Freedom uses M390 and Polheim is offered in MagnaCut. Handle choices also vary: This Is Freedom uses textured canvas Micarta, while selected South Pole versions use Micarta or G-10. G-10 is a fiberglass-laminate composite; Micarta and G-10 provide different handle options across the models. Some configurations have a DLC coating, a dark surface finish, while others use satin or distinctive heat-treatment finishes. Many models are full-tang fixed blades and come with a fitted Kydex sheath; check the individual configuration for its construction and included sheath.
Lithuanian workshop and warranty
Founded by Andrius Tricius, TRC Knives has made knives in its Ukmergė, Lithuania workshop since 2010. The company describes its process as combining CNC precision with hand-ground edges and quality checks. Its knife warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the knife; it does not cover ordinary wear from use.
