I have ordered from Lamnia multiple times throughout the years with mostly no issues. I had a problem with the product only once because the knife I got had quality control problems. This is of course a manufacturing issue and Lamnia is not a manufacturer. But they have to deal with the issue, at the end of the day. In my case, Lamnia customer support was very nice and the return was easy. You got to know a retailer when it comes to problems like this and Lamnia passed my test.
