Ein klasse Messer, klasse Stahl. Einer der wenigen Messer am Markt dzt. erhältlich mit einer Klinge aus Magnacut. Das Messer hat ein sehr schönes Design und ist äusserst leicht gestaltet. Fast meint man man hat einen scharfen Hauch von Nichts in der Hand. Eine Sache aber aufgrund des leichten designs ist auch ein Nachteil. Dadurch dass der Griff und alle Komponenten auf Kunststoff gemacht sind ist das Medder sehr kopflastig. Der Schwerpunkt liegt vor dem Zeigefinger was zur Folge hat, dass dieses Messer nicht so führig ist und gut in der Hand liegt wie andere mit vergleichbarer Größe. Das ist der einzige Minuspunkt, deshalb einen Punkt Abzug von mir.

Love the steel magnacut but very disappointed of the sharpness level from factory. NOT sharp at all. Luckily Im into sharpening knives myself so made new edge with my Tormek T-8 with diamond stones. Otherwise I would've sent the knife back. The steel took a scary sharp edge and you can feel the hardness, felt almost like sharpening a piece of glass. It also holds the edge very good. Im not fond of the scales, the plastic is somewhat pliable but guess that it is because the priority is to keep the knife light, which it is. It doesn't feel great in the hand. Overall it's a very well built knife and I can recommend it but only if you can live with the plastic scales thing.
