I did things in reverse and bought a Drunken about a year ago before pressing the button on a chef. As countless others before me have said, the chef is a great knife and I happened to be in the right website at the right time when these lamnia editions popped up. Great knife, cuts really well and fidgetable if that's your thing. The Drunken is a better knife however, particularly with the slightly thicker and profiled scales ergo wise and the blade finish, like the techno 2 and swayback, looks fantastic. The chef blade is also excellent, well ground and even - a true utilitarian piece with the lc200. A doddle to clean/ service That is a bonus. A keeper.
