Roselli Carpenter knife, UHC, silver ferrule

Quality product. Unfortunately, the knife I ordered had a small notch inside the blade.

Very good performance on cutting all sorts of wood. What pissed me of deeply it’s measure of the blade length — instead of 85 mm promised it’s 82 in reality. Is it such hard task to measure properly the knife blade ? Unbelievable!

Excellent knife. Comfortable and very well made. I waited for this version of the UHC Carpenter because of the elegance of it. I'm sure the other version would be just as great. Great Company to purchase through.

This is a no nonsense cutter that is good looking, comfortable to use, and an extremely good cutter.

Very pleased with the knife. Blade has excellent edge retention and is very sharp out of the box however, stropping resulted in ridiculously sharp edge after numerous semi-seasoned hardwood (White Oak) applications. Very lightweight and sized. Suitable as a neck-knife. Not recommend for batton applications. You will not be disappointed with the knife or Lamnia delivery and service.

This knife is made in a straight-forward simple design. It’s light weight, dexterous and, therefore, very easy to use. This knife still is durable, and a high quality product.

Alles Perfekt!

Ein handwerklich sehr gut verarbeitetes Messer mit extrem scharfer Klinge die standhaelt. Leider als Vespermesser, fuer das ich es gekauft hatte, nicht geeignet, da Schinken und Wurst durch den Karbonstahl einen unangenehmen Geschmack und Geruch annimmt. MfG Hans-Joerg Partenheimer

Calidad sin paliativos. Pura ambrosía cuchillera. A ver si ahora que se ha jubilado el viejo Heimo los herederos saben mantener la empresa en la misma senda de excelencia y ni se ven tentados en bajar costes para subir beneficios. El acero UHC es de sobras conocido, no voy a listar aquí sus cualidades, únicamente apuntar que no es para todo el mundo. Si no tienes destreza afilando con piedra de diamante o eres de los que usa su herramientas para aporrear troncos, este no es tu acero. Pero si eres ducho en el arte de sacar filo a piezas de metal, y piensas que un chillo es una herramienta de corte, y si no eres de esos que opinan que, si tengo un cuchillo ¿para que demonios quiero un hacha? No lo dudes, te costará encontrar un acero con mayor retención de filo que este. Haberlos hay los, pero a qué precios...

切れ味抜群で言うこと無し。柄も渋い。銀の部分が曇りやすいの仕方ない。日本では手に入らないのは惜しい。

カーリーバーチのハンドルの材質がとてもよかった。切れ味もいいです。炭素鋼なので錆びには注意が必要です。オレンジをカットして半日放置していたらブレードが酸化し、変色しました。
