Roselli knives are made in Harmoinen, Finland at the workshop founded by blade-smith Heimo Roselli. A self-taught smith, Heimo started forging in 1974 and since 1976 he has been making knives full time. Roselli makes simple, unique and great looking knives using carbon steel blades, birch handles and leather sheaths.
A good puukko knife fits comfortably even in a smaller hand — a handy and simple knife for carving and crafts, for example. The Roselli Mummunhammas is also well suited for processing slightly smaller catch fish.
This compact knife is popular among women as well. Its curly birch handle, treated with linseed oil, provides a firm grip, and the knife sits neatly in its vegetable-tanned leather sheath. In typical Roselli style, the blade is made from hand-forged carbon steel.
