Roselli knives are made in Harmoinen, Finland at the workshop founded by blade-smith Heimo Roselli. A self-taught smith, Heimo started forging in 1974 and since 1976 he has been making knives full time. Roselli makes simple, unique and great looking knives using carbon steel blades, birch handles and leather sheaths.
Roselli new and impressive mushroom knife is designed with practicality in mind. The knife makes working with mushrooms extremely simple and precise.
Its carbon steel blade efficiently cuts the mushroom stem, and the curly birch handle maintains a secure grip even in wet conditions. For cleaning, the handle tip has a brush section made of arenga fiber. The brush is very gentle on mushrooms while still sturdy enough to remove excess debris. The sheath is handmade from Finnish vegetable-tanned leather. This version also comes with a moose leather cord, making it easier to carry the knife with you.
