Spyderco Minarai kitchen knife

The Spyderco Minarai series features a collection of kitchen knives designed by Murray Carter. Drawing inspiration from ancient Japanese knife-making traditions, these knives are brought into the modern day. They are crafted with the exceptionally corrosion-resistant CTS-BDN1 steel and durable polypropylene, forming the core of these high-quality kitchen knives.

Designer Carter's lineage boasts over 400 years of experience in knivesg. The skill and vision have been passed down from generation to generation, and fate seems to have made no exception in Murray's case.

The Spyderco Minarai series includes the Bunka Bonko chef knife, the conveniently designed Funayuki for fish, the classic Guyton, as well as the Nakiri knife favored by vegetable chefs and the small, agile Petty vegetable knife.
