Started from a small hardware factory of the Böker family in Germany in the 17th century, Böker became famous in 1869 when they launched their tree-brand knives developed in cooperation with the well-known cutlery-expert Hermann Heuser. The history of Böker has been affected by eventful times, but two things remained: passion and enthusiasm for extraordinary knives. Böker was one of the first companies to offer ceramic knives as a featured product line.
In this exclusive version, the AK1 is equipped with a blade hand-forged by Chad Nichols from Damascus in the "Boomerang" pattern and lavishly finished with rose gold. The handle scales are made of fat carbon, whose weightless Space Coral Copper pattern harmonizes with the blade. Supplied with a high quality leather sheath, which is fitted with an Ulticlip and can be conveniently attached to the pocket hem thanks to the locking spring clip. This allows the AK1 to be drawn effortlessly, while the sheath is secured by the Ulticlip. The knife, which is strictly limited to 99 pieces worldwide, comes in a high quality frame case and a certificate of authenticity.
