Spartan Blades was founded by Curtis Iovito and Mark Carey after their retirement from US Army Special Forces. The intent of Spartan Blades is to provide modern warrior and outdoorsman with knives that will serve them in a variety of missions and environments. All Spartan knives are manufactured in North Carolina with only US origin materials.
The Poros Flipper was designed by Curtis Iovito as a robust and fully-fledged EDC folder. The high grind of the black coated 154CM blade in combination with the sharp drop point design make it a reliable companion for everyday use. Thanks to the IKBS ball bearings, opening the knife is almost weightless, while the liner lock reliably holds the blade in place. The striking handle scales made black G10 are not only attractive, but also ensure a secure grip.
