Das Danton HB01 S125V ist erstklassig verarbeitet, die "Stonewashed" (gleitgeschliffene) Klinge fühlt sich sehr smooth an. Die Schneide kommt rasiermesserscharf aus der Verpackung. Der pulcermetallurgische Stahl S125V ist ein echter Exot und bis jetzt sehr schneidhaltig, ich habe noch nicht nachschleifen müssen obwohl ich das Messer jeden Tag benutze. Auf der Klinge ist eine Seriennummer eingraviert. "087/17" was diese Nummer genau bedeutet habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden. Alles in Allem ist dieses Messer sehr durchdacht designed und makellos gefertigt. Ein echtes Sammlerstück.

I haven't used it yet. Product as described in the shop, very exotic steel, you can get it from Fantoni only as far as I'm aware of. The logistic performance of Famnia and UPS is outstanding.
