The first time I had ever seen this type of knife was during the World Ice Carving Championship in Fairbanks, Alaska, a team from Finland or Norway I can't remember which were wearing this type of knife. This is a very well made knife, Yes, it is a "fancy" knife with the "bears head" pommel, but I think it will be just fine as a working knife. I plan to use it as a gift and buy another for myself.

Это мой первый финский нож. Нож очень хорошо исполнен. На момент покупки заточен был не очень хорошо, но после доводки режет бумагу на ура. Нож понравился, можно использовать по прямому назначению. На сайте компании Eräpuu можно скачать каталог, так там есть ножи с разными головами животных на рукоятке.

Качественная фирма.все собрано отлично.рукоять клинок без косяков.но на фото рукоять традиц.формы а по факту с подпальцевой выемкой у больстера,и голова медведя на фиг не нужна.лучше бы был обычный грибок.как нож классный этакий подарочный вариант...ножны без вопросов хороши. правда вкладыш пластиковый односторонний так что аккуратнее нож туда помещайте...
