I was surprisingly disappointed in this knife and am in the process of returning it, which takes a very long time from the U.S. Going on two months now and no refund yet. I'm a knife enthusiast and own dozens of knives, including a couple Shirogorovs. It may be an unfair expectation, but I found the Strizh to have rather sharp edges, not nicely chamfered scale edges like most higher end knives. The Damascus and inlays are very nice and overall the knife feels like a value. I just couldn't personally get over the sharpness of the edges in-hand.
