Excellent customer service. Fast shipping considering it came from Finland. Only thing I would do different, skip the chocolates in the box. This was melted all over in my shipping box. I live in Florida. So... just glad it did not get on the balisong box. But, will definitely do business with Lamnia again. In fact, I bought 2 BRS Premium Alpha Beast from them. Definitely recommend.
