Knivsmed Stromeng Buhku knife
Handcrafted in Karasjok, Norway, Knivsmed Strømeng's Buhku is a beautifully traditional Sámi knife designed for both function and heritage. Like all Nordic knives, it is a versatile tool—but Buhku adds an artistic touch without compromising performance.
The 9.5 cm polished carbon steel blade cuts clean and carves precisely. Keep it dry, clean, and lightly oiled, and it will serve for decades—often passed from one generation to the next. The handle is made from curly birch and reindeer antler, a combination rooted in Sámi tradition and Nordic nature.
A decorated leather sheath, styled in Sámi fashion, protects the blade when not in use. Whether you're an outdoors enthusiast, bushcrafter, or collector, Buhku is both a reliable companion and a meaningful gift. According to Sámi lore, such knives may even carry magical healing powers.
