Started from a small hardware factory of the Böker family in Germany in the 17th century, Böker became famous in 1869 when they launched their tree-brand knives developed in cooperation with the well-known cutlery-expert Hermann Heuser. The history of Böker has been affected by eventful times, but two things remained: passion and enthusiasm for extraordinary knives. Böker was one of the first companies to offer ceramic knives as a featured product line.
The popular Boker Davis Classic Hunter is equipped with a traditional Droppoint blade, the shape of which has proven itself in hunting and the wilderness for decades. Designed by the American knifemaker W.C. Davis from Missouri, this Special Run Edition is equipped with a blade made of hand-forged Damascus by Chad Nichols and is limited to 42 pieces worldwide. The stainless Damascus offers a particularly exclusive appearance with its contrasting grain in combination with the certified imported desert ironwood.
