Description
The Edge Pro Apex Magnet is designed for Edge Pro Apex sharpening systems and helps keep the knife securely in place during sharpening. The magnet provides additional stability, making sharpening easier and allowing you to concentrate on maintaining the correct angle and sharpening technique.
The magnet can be easily engaged or disengaged by moving it up or down. There is no need to remove it from the sharpening system, so you can activate it whenever additional support is needed and deactivate it when you prefer to sharpen without magnetic assistance.
Installation is quick and straightforward. The magnet and its housing fit directly beneath newer Edge Pro Apex sharpening systems.
If you have an older Edge Pro Apex model, the screws in the feet must be replaced to provide sufficient clearance for the magnet. The required replacement screws are included with the magnet.
