this is a maniable little knife that becomes a razor sharp after you put some little time to sharpen it , so enjoyable to use it is also very handy to remove the skin from store bought chicken because of its secure grip and small size that is easy to manipulate

Couteau joli, original, bien fini. Par contre, étui pas à la hauteur, cuir fin, non ajusté à son ouverture, décevant. Et puis j'avais bien précisé que je souhaitais une facture papier, qui n'a pas été jointe à l'envoi
