Many years ago, TOPS Knives received multiple requests for a bayonet style point on a heavy-duty fighting knife. Months of refinement produced the Firestrike. It was extensively tested and written up by MSG Kim Breed (retired 5th Special Forces) in the March 2001 issue of Blade Magazine.
Final report from Kim: "The Firestrike is designed for all situations. You will be hard pressed to find a better combat knife, especially at such a reasonable price. A lot of thought went into the design and creation of the blade."
