Conocía por las especificaciones que era hueso de cebú creo (bovino de joroba asiático), es decir no es asta o cuerno, ni de ciervo, ni de búfalo, ni de ningún animal. Simple hueso que es siempre material más barato. Aun así, y pese a ser bonita, se paga la marca, es pequeña y de elevado precio. La calidad no se la discuto a Case. Quería un modelo de esta marca y elegí este, creo que hay otro con cachas sintéticas unos diez euros mas barato, pero esta es bonita con ese tono rojizo, diferente.

Finishen ok, men slipningen under all kritik! Obefintlig spets och varierande slipvinkel på båda sidor. Tråkigt att behöva slipa om en ny kniv.
