Great knife, very nice finish on every detail, came very sharp out of the box

This knife was hair-popping sharp right out of the box. I really like the high Scandi grind because it makes the blade an excellent slicer. It even works well at food preparation. Love the handle shape and color. The workmanship is pretty good all around. It is a pleasure to work on wood with this model. Also, I really appreciate how light the knife/sheath combo is. This is my second knife from Ahti, but I have a feeling there will be more in the future. I am very happy with my purchase and I can recommend this product.

The knife is razor sharp right out of the box, looks and feels very high quality and the handle design and proportions are perfect for my hands. All in all a really nice knife, good value for the money, i would most certainly buy it again.

Puukko sinänsä on loistava, niin kahvan muoto, terän muoto kuin tasapaino. Ikävä kyllä, tuppi on kehno ja laadunvalvonnassa on parannettavaa. Puukko istuu korkealla, sen alla on selvästi tyhjää tilaa. Jos puukon painaa kokonaan alas, sitä ei saa enää pois. (Lähetin eka kappaleen takaisin ja toinen oli ihan samanlainen.) Tupen venyttäminen on mahdotonta ilman että poistaa ensin messinkirenkaan, mikä taas on ärsyttävä touhu. No, poistin renkaan, venytin tupen märkänä ja sain aikaan melkein ihanteellisen perinteisen puukon. Paitsi että huomasin sitten, että teränsuussa oli noin kahden millin pituudella pieni "taittuma" toiseen suuntaan (ns. "rolling"). 80CrV2 hiiliterästä on helppoa teroittaa ja sain teränsuun kuntoon muutaman minuutin työllä mutta turhauttava kokemus se oli. Puukko: 5 tähteä Tuppi: 2 tähteä Laadunvalvonta: 1 tähti

Très joli couteau , il est léger , le manche est agréable même pour moi qui ai les mains moites , l'absence de casse gouttes et la forme du manche permettent d'avancer la main au maximum du tranchant en sécurité et de profiter de toute la force utilisée sans effets de levier indésirables , l'épaisseur de la lame en fait un travailleur robuste alors que son étui cuir marron lui donne une certaine élégance , son tranchant rasoir quant à lui en fait un outil dont on ne veut plus se séparer . Un must have !
