Böker Germany

Started from a small hardware factory of the Böker family in Germany in the 17th century, Böker became famous in 1869 when they launched their tree-brand knives developed in cooperation with the well-known cutlery-expert Hermann Heuser. The history of Böker has been affected by eventful times, but two things remained: passion and enthusiasm for extraordinary knives. Böker was one of the first companies to offer ceramic knives as a featured product line.

Description

Perfection is the illusion that begins in small details and vanishes in countless nuances. Master knifemaker Lucas Burnley from Oregon embraces this philosophy in his work – focusing on harmony rather than isolated perfection – fully realized in the Boker Kiboku RWL-34 Bocote.

This tactically inspired full-tang fixed blade combines carefully selected materials, premium "Made in Germany” craftsmanship, and an open-minded spirit. The Kiboku is a versatile companion, equally suited for EDC, camping, bushcraft, and outdoor adventures.

The drop point blade made of RWL-34 steel is highly wear-resistant, well-balanced, and corrosion-resistant, delivering reliable performance in demanding cutting tasks. Jimpings on the spine and the full-tang construction ensure enhanced stability and control, while the refined Swedge and elegant two-tone finish add subtle visual accents.

The handle is crafted from premium Bocote wood, valued for its hardness, durability, and distinctive warm grain pattern. Even in adverse conditions, the handle offers a secure and comfortable grip with a natural feel. The screw-on handle scales allow easy customization and straightforward maintenance.

A fitted Kydex sheath provides convenient and secure carry on the belt or in the pocket. Handcrafted at the Böker Manufaktur Solingen, the Kiboku RWL-34 Bocote combines practical carry size with functionality, refined design, and individuality at the highest level.
