The James Brand The Humboldt - Tidal Blue + Stonewash fillet knife
The Humboldt is the first fillet knife from TJB, developed in collaboration with TJB ambassador, professional surfer, and passionate fisherman Conner Coffin, as well as chefs and adventurers whose lives revolve around the water. Built for long-lasting performance and everyday utility, the Humboldt features a full-tang Böhler N690 stainless-steel blade with a stonewashed finish, offering outstanding corrosion resistance in even the harshest environments. Machined G10 handle scales provide a secure grip in any condition—gloved or barehanded. With its flex profile, trailing point shape, and razor-sharp factory edge, the Humboldt easily handles rib bones, tough skins, and stubborn scales. A full-length Kydex sheath is included, making the knife ready for anything—from surfcasting and shoreline adventures to kitchen prep and beyond.
