The HMK Scalpel V4 is the latest evolution of Hot Metal Knives handcrafted blades, individually hand-forged in Finland for exceptional precision, strength, and balance. Made from Sandvik 13C26 stainless steel and heat-treated to 60 HRC, each knife is ground, polished, and sharpened by hand. Built on the trusted V3 tang and handle design, the V4 retains the same proven grip while upgrading the blade to high-performance stainless steel for enhanced durability and cutting performance.
