Svörd

Svörd is a New Zealand knife manufacturer founded by Bryan Baker. Bryan's knife making was strongly influenced by an elderly Czechoslovakian master, from whom he learned the unique hardening and tempering process. The combination of quality Swedish cutlery steel and Baker's process for heat treatment and tempering produces a truly superb blade.

Ergonominen veitsi ja kätevä, helppo teroittaa ja laadukkaalla teroittimella saa hyvin teräväksi. Ruostuu herkästi jos ei kuivaa heti käytön jälkeen, kevyesti esim.(oliivi)öljyä on myös paikallaan laittaa kuivauksen jälkeen.

Great, good knife, easy to carry, I had a small sheath made to prevent accidental opening in my pocket but that is optional. The sheath also look good. Carbon steel so require care.
