Svörd
Svörd is a New Zealand knife manufacturer founded by Bryan Baker. Bryan's knife making was strongly influenced by an elderly Czechoslovakian master, from whom he learned the unique hardening and tempering process. The combination of quality Swedish cutlery steel and Baker's process for heat treatment and tempering produces a truly superb blade.
Extended blade tang allows for one hand opening. Brown wood handle. Designed and produced by B.W. Baker. The Peasant Knife is based on models used in Bohemia and Bavaria 300-400 years ago.
