Ручка пришла с криво прикрученной клипсой. Явный брак производителя. Очень неприятно и бросается в глаза. На продукте известного бренда и с такой стоимостью, так быть просто не может. К продавцу никаких претензий, все прошло быстро и четко. Даже предоставили скидку на следующий товар, чтоб как-то урегулировать вопрос. Продавцу - высшая оценка, производитель явно теряет свой уровень((
