Ahti knives are made in Kauhava, Finland by the knife-maker Reino Kamppila. The blades are made ​​of carbon-vanadium alloy steel. Curly birch handles are oiled with brown colored linseed oil and the brass fittings are polished.

Super scharf, aber der sehr dicke Griff ist nur für wirklich große Hände gut geeignet. Alle anderen werden eventuell genauso wie ich mit Schleifpapier etwas nachhelfen. Metallteile etwas scharfkantig, aber leicht nachzubessern um Hotspots zu vermeiden.. Schöne Maserung.

Хороший нож за свои деньги,не вижу смысла переплачивать за более раскрученные бренды,имею ножа данного производителя всеми доволен,единственно обух слишком шероховат но на функционал не влияет. Данный нож крупный с массивной рукояткой не каждой руке зайдет,ножны были слишком тугие но эта проблема решилась шкуркой, покупкой доволен, сталь классика уход и заточка правка без проблем,в будущем возьму еще пару ножей ahti.Простой нож без потов и в этом его обаяние...Ножны удобны и хорошо устроены,извлекать нож удобнее чем например на вааре,упор указательным пальцем в ножны и далее вытягивается большим указательным и средним,типа как в пелтонене только там упор большим пальцем.Рекомендую производителя и магазин.цена доставка все на уровне...
