Tres beau couteau. Seul bémol : Action d'ouverture manque un peu de fluidité. Tres bon tranchant très durable. Attention à l'affutage du tranchant convexe. Couteau robuste mais tellement beau qu'on hésite toutefois à l'utiliser de manière trop sévère. Livraison parfaite et rapide. Je suis très satisfait de cet achat.
