Started from a small hardware factory of the Böker family in Germany in the 17th century, Böker became famous in 1869 when they launched their tree-brand knives developed in cooperation with the well-known cutlery-expert Hermann Heuser. The history of Böker has been affected by eventful times, but two things remained: passion and enthusiasm for extraordinary knives. Böker was one of the first companies to offer ceramic knives as a featured product line.
The Boker DBK Bushfriend 2000 Curly Birch is a premium full-tang outdoor knife, handcrafted in Solingen, Germany. Featuring an ergonomically shaped curly birch handle, it perfectly combines traditional craftsmanship with modern outdoor performance. In this version, the knife is equipped with a robust blade made from 80CrV2 high-carbon steel, renowned for its exceptional toughness, high impact resistance, and ease of sharpeningmaking it ideal for demanding bushcraft and survival tasks.
