The hand-forged blade is made from the popular 80CrV2 high-carbon steel and measures 17 cm in length. Care for the carbon steel as usual: keep it clean and dry, and oil it occasionally with a food-safe oil. The sturdy, well-fitting handle is made of applewood. The knife comes with a wooden blade guard.
