Hones to a hair-popping edge.
The knife blank is a wonderful size for day to day use. The bevels were nearly perfect and edge was very sharp and no mismatched grinds...! I slightly wanted a longer tang but all is great. I have handled with a aged ASH round, profiled in a coke bottle fashion. nothing fancy just usable and comfortable... A well made blade. I highly recommend
