Description

The classic Roll-up Case made from real leather offer the perfect protection when traveling for the high-quality knives made at the Boker Manufactory. The pocket can be closed securely with two parallel leather straps and provides ample space for all Straight Razors in the usual sizes between 4/8" and 7/8". Please note that it is recommended to protect a non-stainless carbon steel blade (e.g. with an additional wrapping with oil paper) against direct contact with the leather and the tannin acid in the material, to avoid possible corrosion on the blade. Delivery without Razor.

Nice and substantial leather case. I would call it more if a "folding" case, as there are three flaps that fold inward to close up in a structured way. I love the vintage style and friction strap closures. It keeps and protects a straight razor very well. Looking forward to using it for travel. The stitching is with heavy, durable thread and is of good quality, but also makes the interior pocket very tight when new. 5/8 razors fit nice and snug, no problem. However my 6/8 Boker with thicker scales required me to first break it in and stretch the pocket out a bit. I did this by leaving smaller straight razors and then pens and markers inside the pocket for a few weeks. Now the leather pocket can snugly accommodate the 6/8 Boker for which I bought it. All good leather products require a little breaking in ;)

Отличный чехол, если бритва подходит по размеру. Мне пришлось растягивать кармашек на мокрую, краска от спирта облезла. Несмотря на это, функцию свою выполняет.
