Dear Sirs, Overall I am satisfied with your service. However, I believe that you should check the item you send. Spiderco Endela K390, which I bought, among other things, the sharpening of the blade is ugly. The sides are sharpened dramatically unevenly. I also took SOG Terminus (Crimson) from you. AXIS jams in it. I couldn't fix it myself. It is most likely impossible to return such a product to you. However, I'm buying a pig in a poke. I believe that you should test and inspect the product before shipping and be responsible. I can send photos and videos. The rest of the purchases were successful. However, the percentage of unsuccessful ones is not small, to be honest.

Very slow to sort problem out, not good at refunding for lost items, 3 months wait is beyond a joke and the fact I have had to ask many many times for a refund, I had no option but to involve PayPal to sort the problem that Lamnia would not sort out.Bad bad service would not use or recommend this company

After ordering a knife on the 6th October, I waited three and a half weeks for eventual delivery. UPS the chosen courier soon contacted me stating that delivery had been attempted three times without success, despite the fact that I was at home to sign the age declaration. After numerous phone calls and emails with Lamnia, I changed the address to my work address. Then I waited some more, UPS informed me that they were still unable to deliver as no one was there, despite the fact that staff man the site twenty four hours. Finally the knife was delivered on the 30th in battered packaging. The knife I ordered wasn’t up to the standard I’d expected, being a Sámi knife collector I’m familiar with Wood jewel knives of Finland and found the leatherwork below standard. Inside the waiting time, I ordered an identical knife from a different supplier which arrived in a third of the time and was better quality. I informed the customer care representative that the knife finally had arrived as a courtesy, I received no reply. Ironically the knife was left in the post box without obtaining any signature or age verification upon delivery. I’m really disappointed at this experience as I’m very fond of Lamnia as a company. I lived in Lapland and have fond memories of Finland but this treatment was not up to their normal standards.
