The backpack has as much as 7 pockets of various sizes. The side pocket can be expanded. The Lappland Hike 15 comes with a rain cover and is compatible with a hydration system (not included).

One of the most interesting features of this product is the back panel, made of pressed leftover wool. The backpack itself has as its material Fjällräven’s well-loved G-1000 Heavy Duty 5 fabric, 65% polyester and 35% cotton, and can be given a nice surface finish with Fjällräven’s Greenland Wax to increase the durability and the water resistance of the product.
