Expensive, but high quality, as I expected from TOPS. Machine made from high carbon steel, hand fitted and finished. It feels a bit heavy for its size, but still well carriable. The grip is very comfortable with my regular male hands. The sheath is simple and compact, it has an excellent retention, no rattling, but not too tight. Mine came with the fixed sturdy metal clip, it looks compatible with other attachments.
As the name suggests, it was designed by Mr. Szabo specifically for LE professionals, for military use is too small, for civilians is not the most useful, also restricted in most countries.
