The "Yakut" was created with characteristics of a traditional knife of Yakutsk. The unique feature of this knife is an asymmetrical blade: a slightly convex grind on one side and a flat grind with a groove on the other.
The knife is very lightweight thus suitable for long trips, working with wood, hides, skins, fish and meat.

It came very sharp and processed two deer before needing sharpening it seems to be very hard steel and I am happy with my purchase
Used this knife for a while now and I am very satisfied. Cuts wood as if it were butter. Finish of the knife is impeccable. Good leather sheath that holds the knife on friction.
Edge remains sharp very good. Only used strop so far once. Highly recommend this knife. The asymmetric grind works well and makes the knife stand out as well. No negatives what so ever.
