Unfortunately I expected Boker's quality which wasn't there. The cutting edge of the knife wasn't sharp whatever. The knife didn't cut at all. I bought it as a Christmas present and image to give it to someone, what a shame Boker Argentina. Luckily I am a tool grinder and taking good care about all my knives. It took me two hours to put on descant cutting edge without living any scratches on the blade. I wouldn't recommend this knife to no one. P.S. The only STAR I gave this knife is for wooden handle.
