80crv2 is a favourite steel or mine. If tempered well it works. The ZaPas cuts well and chops nicely. I love the profile of the knife and the blade length is excellent for the field. The kydex sheath works but it’s very basic. I will get a custom sheath for it. That is the only down for Za Pas. It is a great knife sold at a great price!
