Read some great reviews but all I can think is that the quality of production must have dropped.
Handle scales looked terrible and don't correspond with liners, covered in a messy and thick lacquer. Gaps between back spring and liners. Also a very weak backspring, depending on preference.
Disassembled the knife and there was only a washer on one side of the pivot rather than one each side? Also the liners are stainless steel and not brass as expected.
After fiddling around I decided the knife assembled/operated better without the washer which also closed the gaps. Sanded the scales which came up looking vastly better showing the beauty of the wood.
After a bit of work a much better knife and quite nice but not fitting of such positive reviews or price.
Awesome quality and a great edge. Knife was of top quality and arrived fast.
Knife came in quickly and in excellent condition.
The finish of this knife is not perfect. I'm disappointed.
