Cuchillo Mikov Storm

With its construction, the STORM knife is a kind of integral combat knives.
The knife blade is equipped with a double-sided blade. The lower blade with a length of 142 mm with a raised tip is the same as with the UTON knife.
The upper blade is divided into two parts. The front descending in the length of 74 mm is connected to the raised tip, which strengthens and increases its physical abilities.
The 54 mm rear false blade serves as a thumb rest and is protected towards the guard on the back of the handle.
The lower guard is designed to serve as a support for the index finger.
The knife handle is barrel-type with attachments made of black G-10 material. Ergonomics is designed to fit all grips, regardless of hand size.
A slightly black metal part protrudes in the back pocket of the base to prevent damage to the handle when hitting. There is a 4 mm gap for the safety cord in the socket.
Roughening on attachments is based on the UTON knife and is proven by machining. The attachments are fastened with three M4 Allen screws with a DLC finish.

Each knife is provided with marks of the makers, manufacturers, serial number and year of manufacture. Marking will be done by embossing or laser.
The textile case consists of two parts - a modular sheath and a detachable hanger. The construction of the case allows attachment in several ways to the belt and to the cross ties.
The knife sheath is made of laminated non-flammable cordura 500, black.
The straps are then made of abrasion and tear resistant polyamide. The sleeve emblem of the unit used in 1990-1991 is engraved on the front of the case.
