Una combinación de superficies cerámicas para un afilado ultrafino. La nueva CC4 presenta un lado blanco muy fino y otro gris oscuro fabricado con zafiros sintéticos. No requiere lubricación, pero se recomienda limpiarla de vez en cuando con agua y jabón líquido. Incluye funda de cuero.

Great for touching up.
Good design, beautiful knife.
The rear of the pouch is sewn on back-to-front, and I'm given to understand this is intentional. If it was intended to aid stropping then both sides should be the same, otherwise it just looks defective.
Nice blade, but poor workmanship on the handle; the scales are not flush with the tang. Not what I would have expected from a knife in this price range. Also missed a sharpened spine for fire steel striking. The sheath is a little bit thin and prone to cutting.
Good stone
Guter "Schleifstein" um ein Messer trocken zu schärfen. Die grobe Seite hat sich anfänglich etwas grober angefühlt bis es eingelaufen ist, so nach drei Messern, lässt es sich sehr gut damit Arbeiten. Anfänglich war die Handhabung etwas schwierig dadurch habe ich mir eine Halterung gebastelt da ich den Schärfer nur zu Hause benutze.
Sollte ich einen Schärfer für "gröbere" Arbeiten benötigen würde ich den DC4 kaufen.

Good dimensions and the pouch is fine with me, but...
The advertised grit sizes (1µm and 0.1µm) are total rubbish.
The coarse side of the stone is very rough and agressive, you can even see the grit.
Fine side is unfinished, the surface of the stone is not flat, but there are small but quite prominent ridges on it.
For best performance, flattening with a diamond plate is necessary, and it's no quick job to do.
What you get is an extra coarse stone with a finishing side with uneven surface. You pay full price for unfinished product.

Just what the doctor ordered for a knife that is not yet dull, but also not very sharp. Handy to keep your knife "trimmed" and ready so to speak.
Очень удобный набор для заточки и правки ножа дома, в походах и поездках. Набор, потому что разные стороны камня имеют разную структуру и шероховатость поверхности. А одну из сторон кожаного чехла можно использовать для правки. Компактные размеры позволяют легко переносить брусок в кармане, но при этом такого размера вполне достаточно для комфортной заточки. Рекомендую к покупке.
Хороший камень, позволяет заточить нож до бритвенной остроты. Главное запастись временем и терпением.
