아주 클레식하고 예쁜 나이프 다자인과 많은 그립을 편안하게 쥘수 있는 손잡이, 스테인리스 스틸이지만 카본스틸 못자 않는 적살력 최고의 나이프입니다.
En ualmindelig lækker kniv. Meget robust og skarp og ligger godt i hånden. En af de bedste brugsknive, som penge kan købe. Simpel, men meget fin skede.
Nice knife from Helle with a beautiful birch handle and gorgeous leather sheath. The 14C28N steel blade is razor sharp out of the box and has a decent sharp spine. Even though the blade is a scandi grind, due to its thinness (2.9 mm), is more of a slicer. The handle is beautifully shaped, ideal for size 10 - 11 hands, only issue i have here is that it is not flush with the tang, it's slightly high each side, so needs to be sanded down. The sheath is a work of art and holds the knife tightly secure. I would recommend a dangler though, as the knife handle does sit a bit high.
All in all a good knife but i feel a little bit overpriced.

ストロッピングしたけどイマイチ。
#3000.#6000で砥げば大丈夫でしょう。
あと、柄もちょっと（汗）これは自然の物なので仕方が無いですね。
期待していましたが、ナイフの背に黒い染み。
詳しくありませんが焼き入れとかその辺の根が深い汚れがあります。
グラインダーのあともきっちりついていて、美しいヘレナイフに幻想を抱いて購入した身としてはがっかりです。
初期の刃付けも良く無いですが、砥げばよく切れます。
物の割に高かったかなという印象です。
購入したグリップのカーリーバーチの柄が気に入らない、これは天然木だから仕方ないが購入したグリップはカーリーバーチには見えなかった。写真を載せる際、現品の写真もあると嬉しい。ステンレスのブレードは鏡面仕上げで綺麗だけど箱出しではあまり切れないので研ぎが必要。
私はこのナイフの他にCAも所持してます。
STがどんなものかと思い購入しました。CA程の切れ味はありませんが、調理等も視野に入れるのであればこのナイフをオススメします。
グリップの木目も美しく、バランスも非常にいいと思います。
