The blade are made of corrosion-resistant 440C stainless steel, with anthracite coating. For weight reduction, they feature a hollow groove with multiple drillings. The handle scales are manufactured of an ergonomically shaped and extremely slip-resistant synthetic material which is also very stable and resistant. The knife is safely held in the open position by a frame lock.
