Started from a small hardware factory of the Böker family in Germany in the 17th century, Böker became famous in 1869 when they launched their tree-brand knives developed in cooperation with the well-known cutlery-expert Hermann Heuser. The history of Böker has been affected by eventful times, but two things remained: passion and enthusiasm for extraordinary knives. Böker was one of the first companies to offer ceramic knives as a featured product line.
Beginner model with handle scales made from anthracite-colored, moisture-resistant special synthetic with the popular 5/8 inch blade. The extra hollow grind with belly offers additional space for individual blade lettering. (Surcharge for customized lettering) Incl. authentic Boker stamp in blade. Delivery includes certificate of authenticity in historic packaging.
Beginners are fully equipped and can get started right away with the accessory set consisting of the Black Fibre (04BO125) shaving brush, the strop (04BO155), the stand for the straight razor and brush (04BO159) and the shaving soap (04BO158).
