Very good
The steel in this blade, cpm s90v is suitable for repeated cuttingwithout being sharpened. You should avoid taking the rule with hard materials like wood with knot, thick bones, canned metal, etc.
A minus would be the tea because almost every time I put the knife into the tea, it bites a little bit from inside it.
Sharpening the blade can be a problem if you don't have something diamond. But once you've sharpened it, you feel like it's worth the effort.
