On the whole, very good. You need to be aware that if you intend changing the clip from one side to the other or to replace it with an aftermarket one... the screws are loctited down, you'll need to find a way to neutralise the loctite before removing the clip. The detent is a little loose as well, at least on mine - the blade unfolded without me touching it one time while clipped on my belt, which is a serious cause for concern, and the only reason I gave this knife a 3-star rating instead of a 4-star rating.
