On 14 March 2026, I placed my first order with Lamnia.
I ordered a knife — the CKF Fif18 model — for €583. Upon receiving the item, I discovered that the set was incomplete, which I reported to Lamnia’s customer support. As a solution to the problem, I was offered a discount on my next knife. I was not satisfied with this solution and demanded a full refund. I sent the knife back, and once Lamnia’s customer service had received it, I was refunded the money minus VAT (minus €90+).
As a result, I had to return the knife because the set was incomplete, I didn’t get all my money back, and the whole process took a long time.
