Great machete. It didn't come very sharp, so I sharpened it myself by making the cutting edge a little thinner. I prefer taking it with me over an axe because it's lighter and easier to carry. It does an excellent job cutting small trees and brush, and it's more enjoyable to use than an axe. Highly recommended.

Great size and weight especially as an emergency home defence. I find Cold Steel always good, just a bit more expensive than in the USA.

Good for chopping wood or clearing bushes. Could have come sharper out of the box but still bites - nothing that a diamond rod or wetstone can't fix. Value for money - very satisfied for the price.
